We ship worldwide for free! However please contact me if you live in a Hotspot as insurance may be difficult

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Payment is taken through Paypal and Stripe, or via Bank Transfer.. Shipping is free worldwide with Royal Mail, 

We aim to dispatch goods in one or two working days. Parcels will require a signature.

Depending on your country, your parcel should arrive in two days (UK) and rest of world in 7-14 working days, customs allowing! If you require a quick courier Fed Ex delivery please choose that option from the drop down menu.

 

Layaway

 

We do provide a Layaway service at our discretion. This usually involves a non refundable deposit followed by the agreed monthly instalments. Once the layaway is underway no part of it will be refunded at any time - please read the Layaway policy.

Returns

 

We hope you will love your purchase but if for any reason you are not happy you have 3 days upon receipt of goods to notify us, and arrange to return your order within 7 days.. Items must be in bought condition and in original box. 

The return procedure advised must be followed otherwise any duty incurred on returning an item will be deducted from the refund.

Cost of return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

 

​Reserving a piece of Jewelry

 

Please contact us if you would like to reserve a piece of jewelry. A non refundable deposit will be taken. Items cannot be reserved without a deposit. 

 

Gift wrap

 

A gift wrap service is available - just ask!
